John Efford, Minister of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Larry Bagnell, Member of Parliament for Yukon, and the Honourable Archie Lang, Minister Responsible for the Yukon Development Corporation, will announce funding to two organizations under NRCan's Energy Innovators Initiative (EII). These Yukon projects are the first in any territory to be funded by the EII, which helps increase energy efficiency in existing commercial and institutional buildings by offering funding for energy retrofits.
