PUBLIC NOTICE: ALLUMETTES BRIDGE - LANE CLOSURE

For immediate release GATINEAU, QUEBEC -- Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists that one lane of the Allumettes Bridge (Pembroke) will be closed from 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, until 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 3. All traffic will be accommodated in the remaining lane, where the flow will be controlled in alternate directions. This lane closure is necessary to allow repairs to be made to the deck of the bridge. Weather conditions could cause changes to this schedule.
