CONSTRUCTION HELP ON STANDBY GRAND FALLS - A $345,000 competitive regional individual standing offer* has been awarded to Maritime Fence Ltd., of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, to undertake various commercial-industrial construction projects at Springhill Institution, Nova Scotia, on an as-and-when-requested basis. This standing offer will expire in July 2005. * A standing offer is an arrangement that allows government departments and agencies to deal with suppliers under set prices and conditions.
