OTTAWA, December 23, 2004 — Citizenship and Immigration Minister Judy Sgro will announce the coming into force of the Safe Third Country Agreement with the United States on December 29, 2004. Officials of Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Canada Border Services Agency will provide the media with the details of the agreement.
