OTTAWA, March 8, 2005 -- The Royal Canadian Mint will unveil the new Terry Fox commemorative circulation coin on March 14th, 2005 in Burnaby, British Columbia. The special event will take place at Simon Fraser University - Terry's Alma Mater - and will be celebrating the life and legacy of one of Canada's greatest heroes. The new commemorative Terry Fox circulation coin will be unveiled in front of 400 special guests and will begin circulating on April 4, 2005, just in time for the 25th anniversary of the Marathon of Hope.
