Improper Labelling I.D. Foods Fined $6000

News Release

Laval - I.D. Foods Corporation, which has an office in Laval, entered a guilty plea on both counts of a charge of selling chocolate bars labelled in a manner likely to create an erroneous impression regarding the composition and safety of the bars, contrary to section 5(1) of the Food and Drugs Act.
