O'LEARY, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, April 27, 2005 -- The Honourable Joe McGuire, Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will participate in a sod-turning event to mark the beginning of the construction on the multi-tenant facility in O'Leary. This will be done on behalf of the Honourable Scott Brison, Minister of Public Works and Government Services. Representatives of Heartland Investments Ltd, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, and Public Works and Government Services Canada will be present.
