Emerson, Minister of Industry, will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony commemorating the start of a $39-million expansion of Canadian Autoparts Toyota Inc. (CAPTIN). The press conference will commence at 9:30 a.m., and will be followed by a photo opportunity and media availability.
Representatives of the federal, provincial and municipal governments, as well as those from Toyota Motor Corporation and the Japanese Consulate General will attend this event.
