OTTAWA, October 25, 2005 – Media representatives
are advised that the Honourable Stéphane Dion, Minister of the
Environment, will appear before the Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment
and Natural Resources on Tuesday, October 25, 2005. The Minister will
provide the Standing Committee members with an overview of the upcoming
Montreal Climate Change Conference (COP11/MOP1).
