CORRECTION TO MARINE SECURITY CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM FUNDING FIGURE

OTTAWA - The second round of funding for the Marine Security Contribution
Program was announced on November 23, 2005. Transport Canada wishes to correct
the funding amount attributed to the Corner Brook Port Corporation in
Newfoundland and Labrador. The Corner Brook Port Corporation is eligible to
receive a contribution of up to $163,678.00.
Transport Canada sincerely regrets the error and any inconvenience it may
have caused.
