2:45 pm Welcoming Ceremony in the Rotunda, House of Commons.
3:00 pm Prime Minister Howard to address Parliament in the Chamber of the House of Commons.
6:45 pm Prime Minister Harper and Mrs. Harper welcome Prime Minister Howard and Mrs. Howard for dinner at the official residence.
* Photo opportunity at the front steps of the Prime Minister's residence, 24 Sussex Drive, in Ottawa, ON.
