Interment ceremonies of corporals Franscico Gomez and Jason Patrick Warren

OTTAWA —The interment ceremonies of Corporal Francisco Gomez of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry based in Edmonton, and Corporal Jason Patrick Warren of The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada based in Montreal will be held at the Beechwood National Military Cemetery of the Canadian Forces, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa as following:
Corporal Franscico Gomez
3 August 2006, 9 a.m.
Corporal Jason Patrick Warren
3 August 2006, 2 p.m.
As per the request of the families, media may attend to view the ceremony, though no interviews will be given.
Corporals Gomez and Warren were killed in a suicide vehicle attack that occurred at on July 22, 2006, five kilometres west of Kandahar City, Afghanistan.
