The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, will deliver opening remarks at the 25th anniversary celebration of the release of the Obstacles Report by the Special Parliamentary Committee on the Disabled and the Handicapped, in Ottawa on Thursday, November 2, 2006. Lynne Yelich, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development will deliver closing remarks at the same event.
Minister Finley and Parliamentary Secretary Yelich will both be available for photo opportunities.
