Ottawa, April 25, 2007 – The Minister of the Environment John Baird will announce the details of Canada’s New Government’s Regulatory Framework for Industrial Air Emissions on April 26th, 2007 in downtown Toronto.Members of the Media are invited to attend a lockup, briefing and Press conference which be held in downtown Toronto from noon until 4:00 p.m. on April 26th, 2007. Prior to the Press Conference, Senior Environment Canada officials will hold a media briefing to explain the details of the Government’s regulatory framework to tackle climate change and reduce air pollution.
