BRANDON, MANITOBA, May 30, 2007 − The Canada Pavilion will be at the Manitoba Summer Fair from June 6 to 10, 2007. It's an opportunity for Canadians to learn more about the many programs and services offered by the Government of Canada and to meet representatives from several departments and agencies.
Lots of fun and interactive activities are in store. In the event of a natural disaster, do you have what you need to be self-sufficient for at least 72 hours? With the aid of videos and interactive displays, our representatives will explain why you should prepare an emergency kit. Or, you can learn about career opportunities in law enforcement. You can also meet our mascot Bravo, who will be around to entertain the young and young at heart. And there's much more.
Focussing on the theme Public Security, the Canada Pavilion will stop in about a dozen Canadian communities from coast to coast this year . T he flagship of the Government of Canada's Exhibitions Program, the Canada Pavilion has won a number of prizes and hosted more than six million and a half visitors since its creation in 2000.
