Closed Area for Shellfish Harvesting North Shore

QUEBEC CITY- Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, wants to inform the
North Shore population that the harvesting of shellfish is now forbidden due to
pollution, in accordance with the prohibition order mentioned below, and pursuant
to subsection 3(1) of the Management of Contaminated Fisheries Regulations, in the
following shellfish area:
The contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. QTN-263 is hereby revoked. The
area N-22.2 is now divided in two sub-zone, Île Michon Ouest N-22.2.1 (closed
area) and Île Michon East N-22.2.2.

Bay.
