As announced on June 15, the Minister of Finance, Jim Flaherty, will meet with provincial and territorial ministers responsible for securities regulation on June 19, and with finance ministers and treasurers on June 20.
The meetings will take place at Willson House, 654 Meech Lake Road, Chelsea, Quebec.
Please note the following clarifications:
Tuesday, June 19
12:00 p.m. (noon) Photo opportunity
12:00 p.m. (noon) to 5:15 p.m. Ministers will discuss a number of issues related to capital markets, including how to create a Canadian advantage in global capital markets.
Media availabilities and photo opportunities
A microphone will be available for ministers at the foot of the steps of Willson House, for their use at the close of the meetings on June 19 and 20. In the event of rain, a microphone will be set up inside in the lounge area of the house.
Media wishing to participate in the photo-ops should present themselves at the main level of the ancillary building next to Willson House 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Please note: Cameras and boom microphones only.

Media Working Room / Registration
A media working room will be located on the main level of an ancillary building next to Willson House.
The media working room will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, and from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.
Please be aware that workspace is limited, therefore it will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration.
