Senior government officials will hold a technical briefing on Thursday, August 16, 2007,
on the third North American Leaders’ Summit, which will take place in Montebello,
Quebec, on August 20 and 21, 2007.

The Summit will provide an opportunity for the leaders of Canada, Mexico and the
United States to discuss key bilateral, North American and global issues.
Accredited media representatives interested in attending but unable to be in Ottawa
should contact the Foreign Affairs Canada Media Relations Office at 613-995-1874 to
register to participate in the event by teleconference
