OTTAWADuring a regional visit to Toronto on November 15, 2007, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, will speak with francophone students about francophonie, and will attend the celebrations marking the Théâtre français de Toronto's 40th anniversary.
