OTTAWA, April 11, 2008 -- On behalf of the Honourable Jason Kenney, Secretary of State (Multiculturalism and Canadian Identity), Royal Galipeau, Member of Parliament (Ottawa-Orléans) will participate tomorrow in the first 2008 symposium of the Communauté Congolaise du Canada, entitled Une communauté en meilleure santé (A Community in Better Health).
"The Government of Canada is proud to participate in a symposium that focuses on the health of young Canadians of African and Caribbean origin," said Mr. Galipeau. "By taking the discussions that will take place at this event into account, our Government will be better able to ensure a better future for these young people."
