(Ottawa, April 24, 2008) - The Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) is celebrating its 100th anniversary!
Maria Barrados, President of the Public Service Commission of Canada will officially open "100 Years of Merit and Non-Partisanship", a historical display marking a century of building a modern public service. This event will take place on:

On this occasion, Canada Post will also unveil a commemorative envelope to mark the 100th anniversary of the PSC. Collectors will be anxious to add this piece to their collection.
The "100 Year of Merit and Non-Partisanship" exhibition will be displayed until Friday, May 2, 2008.
Media representatives are invited to attend the inauguration. Photos opportunities will be available.
Maria Barrados, President of the PSC; Susan Margles, Vice President Government Relations from Canada Post; and Ian E. Wilson Librarian and Archivist of Canada from Library and Archives Canada will open the exhibition and be available for short interviews.
