Orford, Quebec, May 20, 2008 – The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Labour and Minister of Canada Economic Development, will unveil, at a luncheon conference hosted by the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Magog-Orford, the second and third components of the Canada Economic Development Strategic Plan for 2008-2011, which targets support for Quebec's small and medium-sized manufacturing firms.
