Secretary of State Jason Kenney Supports Republic of Vietnam Veterans Association of Ontario

TORONTO, May 3, 2008 - The Honourable Jason Kenney, Secretary of State (Multiculturalism and Canadian Identity), will attend the Journey for Freedom commemoration ceremony organized by the Republic of Vietnam Veterans Association of Ontario and the Journey for Freedom Organizers, tomorrow, in Toronto.

"The Government of Canada is committed to preserving and enhancing respect for the value and dignity of all Canadians," said Secretary of State Kenney. "It is at events like these that we can learn from each other and experience our differences while celebrating our common Canadian identity."
