OTTAWA-Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, will preside over the change of command ceremony which will transfer command of the Canadian Forces from General Rick Hillier to General Walt Natynczyk on July 2, 2008, at 10 a.m., at the Canadian Reception Centre in Uplands.
