On Tuesday, June 10th, 2008, the Honourable David Emerson, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and the Minister for the Pacific Gateway and the Vancouver-Whistler Olympics, the Honourable Peter Gordon MacKay, Minister of National Defence and Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, and the Honourable Beverley J.
