GATINEAU, Quebec, August 4, 2008 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists that the Alexandra Bridge will be closed to Quebec-bound d vehicular traffic from 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5 to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 and from 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6 to 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2008.
This closure will not affect pedestrians.
This lane closure is necessary to allow for general maintenance of the bridge deck.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience this lane closure may cause.
