OTTAWA – The other two soldiers killed by an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan on 20 August 2008 were:
- Corporal Dustin Roy Robert Joseph Wasden, and
- Sapper Stephan John Stock.
Both soldiers were combat engineers with 12 Field Squadron, 1 Combat Engineer Regiment from Edmonton, Alberta, and attach ed to the 2nd Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Battle Group.
