The Government of Canada today issued the following statement condemning the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Sanaa, Yemen:
Canada condemns the terrible attack this morning on the U.S. Embassy in Sanaa, Yemen. We extend our sincere condolences to the families of the Yemeni civilians and security guards killed in the attack and we wish a rapid recovery to those who were injured.
Canada is committed to fighting terrorism and to working internationally with all of our allies in this regard.
