Senior government officials will hold a technical briefing on Thursday, November 20, 2008, on the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting, which will take place November 22 and 23, 2008, in Lima, Peru. Officials will be available to respond to questions (not for cameras; attribution to senior government officials).
