Further to Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-14 dated 13 November 2008, 2008-14-1 dated 27 November 2008, 2008-14-2 dated 4 December 2008, 2008-14-3 dated 11 December 2008 and 2008-14-4 dated 16 December 2008, the Commission announces the following:
At the request of the applicant, the following item is withdrawn from this public hearing and will be rescheduled at a later date. The applicant has indicated that it will amend its application for the use of a frequency other than 91.5 MHz in Leamington.
