PORT AU CHOIX, NL – On November 25, 2008 in provincial court at Port au Choix, Darris Patey, a commercial fish harvester from River of Ponds, was convicted of failing to release a bycatch of crab during the commercial cod fishery and with failing to complete his fishing logbook.
