VICTORIA – On Friday, January 30, the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Natural Resources, will speak to the Victoria Chamber of Commerce about Budget 2009 and the economic challenges facing Canada's natural resources industries. Minister Raitt will also visit a local renovation project demonstrating how investments in home renovations are helping stimulate the construction industry and build jobs across Canada.
