OTTAWA - On behalf of the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Natural Resources, David Anderson, Member of Parliament for Cypress Hills–Grasslands and Parliamentary Secretary to Minister Raitt, will visit Vancouver's FPInnovations – Forintek Division.
FPInnovations, which is supported by the Government of Canada through Natural Resources Canada, is a not-for-profit research organization and the largest public–private forest research organization in the world. Its Forintek division focuses on solutions to enhance the ongoing competitiveness of the Canadian wood products sector.
Accompanying Mr. Anderson on the visit will be representatives of FPInnovations, including its Executive Vice President, Dr. Jim Dangerfield.
