OTTAWA — On Friday, May 1, the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Natural Resources, will participate in events to mark the 50th anniversary of the McMaster University nuclear reactor in Hamilton. The Minister will also make an announcement of Government of Canada support for nuclear research at Canadian Universities. Minister Raitt will be joined by David Sweet, M.P. for Ancaster–Dundas–Flamborough–Westdale, and Peter George, President of McMaster University.
