The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is seeking public comments on the appropriateness of re-declaring the Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Power Transmission Facilities in Banff National Park model class screening report (MCSR) to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of recurring projects.
The original report was declared by the Agency for use as a class screening report on March 29, 2003 and expired on June 29, 2008. This original 2003 report, together with an addendum, constitute the MCSR, which can be found in the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry, on the Agency Website.
