OTTAWA – Canadian Forces Health Services Group will hold a change of command ceremony between Brigadier-General Hilary Jaeger, out-going Commander, and Commodore Hans Jung, in-coming Commander.
What: Change of Command ceremony, Canadian Forces Health Services Group
Where: Cartier Square Drill Hall, Ottawa
When: Friday, July 10, 2009, at 1:30 p.m.
Major-General Walter Semianiw, Chief Military Personnel, will preside over the ceremony.
Brigadier-General Jaeger also serves as Canadian Forces Surgeon General and Director General Health Services, roles that Commodore Jung will also assume. Brigadier-General Jaeger will be moving on to occupy a NATO ISAF position overseas.
Commodore Jung is the Deputy Surgeon General. He was promoted to the rank of Commodore on June 22.
