QUEBEC CITY - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, wants to inform the North Shore population that the harvesting of shellfish is now forbidden due to toxicity, in accordance with the prohibition order mentioned below, and pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Management of Contaminated Fisheries Regulations, in the following shellfish area :

Îles Penchées
From Pointe à Georges-Morneau to a point in front of Îlets Boisés.
Banc Marie-Marthe (Île Laval)
From a point at east of Rivière Laval's channel to a point on shore, north of Île Brûlette's west side.
Baie des Plongeurs
Baie des Plongeurs, from the southern point of Baie Didier to Pointe Orient.
Anse du Colombier
From a point located 300 meters east of Rivière Colombier's mouth to Cap Colombier's lighthouse.
Pointe à Boisvert
From a point near of the sawmill to Pointe à Boisvert's navigation light.
