St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
The Honourable Keith Ashfield, Minister of State (ACOA), will be in Newfoundland and Labrador next week for a working tour of the province. The Minister will visit the following communities to announce support for various projects being funded through federal economic stimulus programs under the Government of Canada’s Economic Action Plan.
Monday, July 13, 2009: Clarenville, NL
Minister Ashfield will announce funding for projects in Clarenville and surrounding area under Community Adjustment Fund (CAF) and Recreational Infrastructure Canada Program (RInC).
Tuesday, July 14, 2009: Grand Falls-Windsor, NL
Minister Ashfield will announce funding for initiatives in Grand Falls-Windsor and surrounding area under CAF and RInC.
Wednesday, July 15, 2009: Port Harmon, NL
Minister Ashfield will announce funding for projects in Stephenville and Channel-Port aux Basques under CAF.
