GATINEAU, Quebec, August 26, 2009 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists of lane reductions on the Chaudière Crossing on Thursday, August 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
One lane at a time will be closed from 50 meters south of the Union Bridge to the Canadian War Museum. These lane reductions are necessary in order to carry out scheduled survey work on all four lanes of the roadway.
The sidewalks will remain open to pedestrians.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience these lane closures may cause.
