Pursuing his aggressive trade strategy, the Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will travel to Brazil on August 21 and to Ecuador on August 24.
Minister Day will highlight Canada’s significant economic ties with Brazil and Ecuador, and promote bilateral trade by opening doors for Canadian businesses in the region.
He will also meet with senior government officials from both countries to showcase Canada as a first choice for global trade, innovation and investment.
