The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is working in close collaboration with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) in their investigation of Salmonella Cubana illnesses and any possible link with sprouts.
The CFIA will continue its food safety investigation in Canada and will take all necessary steps to protect the safety of the Canadian food supply.
