The Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will deliver a speech at the Polish Consulate General in Toronto on Thursday, September 10, 2009. The event is being hosted jointly by the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and the Canada-Poland Chamber of Commerce.
Minister Day will discuss the expansion of Canada’s connections with the European Union, focusing on the budding commercial opportunities with Eastern European nations. He will also speak about Canada’s aggressive free trade strategy.
