GATINEAU, Quebec, Friday, October 30, 2009 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists, pedestrians and cyclists that the Gatineau-bound lane directly adjacent to the sidewalk of the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge will be closed from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2 until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6. As well, the sidewalk beside the Gatineau-bound lane will also be closed during this time.
These closures are required to carry out general maintenance on the sidewalk.
The schedule may change subject to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience these closures may cause.
