OTTAWA — The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, is pleased to receive the report from the Expert Review Panel on Medical Isotope Production.
Launched in June, panellists Peter Goodhand, Richard Drouin, Thom Mason and Éric Turcotte were tasked with providing advice to the Government of Canada on medium- and long-term options for the production of medical isotopes in Canada. The Panel met with a range of stakeholders during its deliberations and analyzed a number of proposals put forth by public and private sector organizations.
