OTTAWA (February 9, 2010) - Valentine's Day is an occasion for people to celebrate love. Stores are filled with chocolates, candies, stuffed animals, heart-shaped everything and flowers. Many celebrate with their true love, while others wonder when cupid will aim his arrow at them, or at least hit Mr. or Mrs. Right this time!
