Ottawa, February 1, 2010 — The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, will host the Government of Canada’s official launch of Black History Month 2010.
The event will also feature a representative from Canada Post who will unveil a commemorative stamp of William Edward Hall, who is mentioned on page 41 of the new citizenship study guide Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship.
