GATINEAU, Quebec, Friday, April 16, 2010 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists that there will be overnight lane closures on the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge from:
- 8:30 p.m. on Monday, April 19, until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20.
- 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, until 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 21.
- 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 22.
These lane closures may result in short delays for motorists, but will not affect pedestrians.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
These lane closures are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge. Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
