Utopia, New Brunswick — On Friday, May 21, the Honourable Keith Ashfield, Minister of National Revenue, Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and Minister for the Atlantic Gateway, will announce funding support from Natural Resources Canada’s Pulp and Paper Green Transformation Program for capital investments to improve the environmental performance of the J.D. Irving Lake Utopia Paper mill.
