GATINEAU, Quebec, June 18, 2010 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists that the Des Allumettes Bridge in Pembroke will be reduced to one lane from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 21 until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 24.
One lane will remain open to traffic at all times and alternating traffic flow will be controlled by traffic lights at each approach to the bridge.
This lane closure is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change subject to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience this lane closure may cause.
