OTTAWA - Please note that the correct spelling of Sgt MacNeil, who was killed in Afghanistan on Monday, 21 June 2010, is as indicated in the headline.
Previous releases had his last named spelled with a lower case "n" as was consistent with his military documentation. Sgt MacNeil's family has since confirmed the correct spelling.
